Process of

Replacment

Custom Measurement and Design:

  • A precise measurement of the pool is taken.

  • For custom liners, this data is used to create a computer composite drawing by the liner manufacturer. Stock Onground or Aboveground liners do not require this step.

  1. Preparation for Installation:

    • The pool is drained, and the existing liner is removed.

    • Minor rust spots on the pool's structure are treated to prevent further damage.

    • The pool floor is swept, cleaned, and prepared for the new liner. This includes minor bottom repairs to ensure a smooth surface.

  2. Liner Installation:

    • The custom liner is installed, complete with new face plates and gaskets for all through-wall fittings such as the Main Drain, Skimmers, Returns, and Vacuum Line.

    • Note: Installing new gaskets for the Pool Light and Built-in Stairs incurs an extra charge.

  3. Installation Notes & Additional Charges:

    • The liner order and installation scheduling are contingent upon securing a valid payment with the service department.

    • The discovery of structural decay or the need for major repairs to the pool floor or steel walls may occur once the old liner is removed. These repairs are not included in the initial service and will cost extra.

    • For aboveground/onground liner installations involving decks, customers are responsible for removing deck boards to allow a 1-foot working perimeter around the pool. The service provider does not handle deck board removal or reinstallation.

This process ensures that all aspects of liner installation are covered, from initial assessment and preparation to the final installation and potential additional repairs, with clear communication about responsibilities and additional charges.
